Went to the Sunapee (NH) craft fair yesterday. So very impressive -- the best crafters in NH. I checked out the weavers in particular. Rayon chenille is basically out -- most are now using bamboo, which gives a lovely feel but is not quite as reflective as I prefer. I can't afford silk, but a good substitute, to me, is Tercel. Anyway, bought a few very lovely items -- an enameled dish and two decorative tiles to hang in the bathroom.

Food choices were limited; I had an "Asian chicken salad." The dressing was kind of a sweet chili, which I hate. But, naturally, I ate it. Later, it was Friday, so I allowed myself wine (Fri, Sat, Sun only. . . .for now). Dinner was very respectable: baked scallops, asparagus, and ½ baked potato. Weight a tiny bit up this morning. My intention is to very closely monitor what happens after I have wine. And of course there was that potato nightshade.

We'll see how it goes over the next day or two. Going out to dinner tonight.
