So guess what I did yesterday for the first time in almost 10 year? I went swimming and was able to buy a swimsuit off the rack and it fit!!!

I am so excited about so many new things in my life and I am looking forward to them all. Down almost 105#’s and so much more active than even 6 months ago. I do more, I exercise daily, I walk more and I feel fantastic!! My love to you all, keep on fighting the fight and don’t give up because I know you can do it!! 😘😘😘😘

What a wonderful thing to read. Feel deep happiness for you. Not even sure if there is a pool around where I live now. A good number of years ago I lived near a very tall hotel that had a swimming pool and garden on top. Went there daily for months. Loved it. Easy on the bones too. Maybe I should ask around if there is a pool around here. Sounds so good.
