Super happy to have maintained over the weekend. Been at a family festival all weekend, with lots of fast food and naughty treats. I felt so rubbish when we got home last night that I felt positive I would have gained. But perhaps all the walking around and the extortionate prices for food and drink worked in my favour. Still, must have been the 'bad' food that I did eat that made me feel all yucky inside. But hey, just shows that special occasions don't need to derail you!
