Diario de dimemami, 01 jun. 10

So I have been eating horribly. However I am determined to get back on track. I have been doing some research and I have found that I need to lower calories, sodium, carbs, and sugars. I believe that watching all four of these components will add me in losing weight. So starting June 1st (today)I will be sticking to this for one month. I have been battling the same 2-4lbs for about 3 months now. My goal for June is to be out of the 150's. I want to see 149 or lower. Along with excercising and lifting light weights. I believe that I can achieve this goal and be closer to my ultimate goal of 135lbs. I will update regularly as about what I eat.
