9 st 0.4 lbs Fat machine 21.7% No WW. Quite a chaotic eating week again, sugar switch in my brain definitely overactive :( So I'm quite surprised at today's loss, altho I was on last week so perhaps it was to do with that. Trying to keep active to attempt to counter some of my scoffing. Things still v stressful at home but I've definitely moved away from the too sick to eat mode and much more towards the comfort eating, and the worse danger zone when daughter #2 leaves is fast looming. But I do so want not to throw away the effort to have achieved this figure so I'm trying to keep some sort of balance to it all...
