Well finally my weight started to stablize. I went of the plan pretty much and am trying to just east sensibly. It seems to be working pretty well. Ive been floating between 121 and 125lbs so it seems good. Im a little worried about work though. I tend to eat eat eat when Im there. There are soooo many temptations there as well. It takes alot of planning and effort for me to not over indulge when there.
