You aren't the first person who has said they feel like a weight loss poser around people like me who have over 100 pounds to lose, but to me there's no amount of weight that makes it less important to work on improving your body. My best friend recently told me she was really unhappy with her body because she had gained 15 pounds. I implored her to take it seriously and fix it now before it gets out of hand. It's one of those things that is so much easier to get under control if you catch it early. So I'm so happy for you that you caught yourself before it got REALLY out of control like it did for me. You've done your body a huge favor :) Upping protein seems to work for everyone, especially if you do a lot of exercise.
