As I suspected I gain a lot of weight, back to where I started. 😢😞 But today is a new day, it is Monday the 1st of October and I decided to get back on track. My back still hurts a lot so unfortunately I will be not able to go to the gym. So I will try to cut down on calories. It was a difficult morning for me to step on the scales...but I need face my problem and deal with it, not running from the problem. Happy Monday everyone! Wish me luck.
