Diario de catherineodendal, 12 nov. 18

Every morning since Saturday, 2 strips streaky bacon, egg, avo and pork banger, coffee with cream, skipped lunch as I was not hungry, then light supper: chicken salad, and last night, salmon with green beans, strawberries with bulgarian joghurt. When I added more fatty foods the number on the scale came down... Will try to keep it up for the week. Have a blessed week.
97 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 38 kg.    Aún para ir: 17 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
