Diario de fastliketurtle, 17 jun. 10

I have really been allowing myself to slack this week on the diet. Towards the end of the week here it has gotten worse. Last night I had some fried catfish… while tasty, I feel myself getting way off track from the original plan. I need to put myself in check. From here on out I track everything that goes into my mouth and will keep carbs less than 30 grams and will not eat any fast food or anything from the vending machines at work. The only day that I will allow a deviation from this is on Saturdays. Not very happy with this slacking… I know it has led me off course in the past. I still have plenty of time to make the first upcoming mini goal. Time to pick up the slack. Already had a foot long chicken teriyaki sandwich for today so… that already put me into the 120 grams of carbs for today. ack!
