What a strange week - haven’t really done anything different yet jumped up 3lb midweek ,at least it didn’t stay there! Blame myself - 2 sort of goals sooo close 1. Was trying for the 2 stone before Christmas and 2. For aiming to be 199 this week and not 200 and something!! The psychology difference is much more than a lb lol
