I'm back. What I would give to be back at 226.2 lbs. So much has happened in my life. Maybe I will talk about it. Maybe not. Anyway, today - January 1, 2019 - I am planning to tackle my food issues again. Wow. I am so stunned with where I am again. I have 365 days to write a new book. This is my first page.
