You're keeping a steady course, too. It sure is a long haul, but it feels so great to get down closer. I recently met a woman who lost over a hundred pounds and has kept it off since 1986!!!! She is so very petit it's hard to imagine her ever being large. You can definitely lose it and keep it off. I know that I am determined this time.
