I am doing well. Today will record as a low calorie day tomorrow so I am getting back on track. I had appointments and other things which kept me so extremely busy yesterday and today and I finally am getting on now. Bruce called a little while ago we probably will go deep sea fishing Saturday July 10, 2010 as I am off from work after tomorrow until July 15! He said we both kind of need to get away and have some fun and it will be in Plymouth, Massachusetts, and it isn't too expensive. I bought sunflower kernels the other day without the shells and ate them over two days and they're healthy but raised my calorie intake the past two days. My leg is still healing, it may take a few more weeks. I'm afraid to get on a bike and make it worse. It feels pretty good so maybe walking would be OK as long as it isn't too far. I will hopefully connect on journals if not tonight tomorrow.

It must be beautiful to be able to go deep see fishing around Plymouth. I'm surprised to hear you say that it's not too expensive. Good job on the low day and it's good to hear that the leg is getting better albeit slowly. Take good care Glenn!

So you have a bit over 2 weeks off. Wow, I envy you. I can't get time off until August. I was off last year from November 15th to Jan 6th for my surgery. I have to earn PTO and won't have enough until August. One of the hottest months here in Florida. Now we see a tropical depression out in the ocean possibly headed for the Gulf. That's one area that does NOT need a storm right now. Well, when you have some time let us hear from you. Have a nice restful evening and soon you'll be enjoying well-deserved time off!
