I hate when you just feel stuck! Like "but I was so good yesterday! Why are you punishing me? Stinkin' scale!" But then you get a nice big drop and you feel better again. Apparently the trick is to not make a fuss as long as you continue that nice downward trend...which you will! You've got this!!
