I am not sure just why the scales are up some... but.. I do feel I am holding fluid.. not sure why on that either but maybe the salt in the smoked pork chops last night as I do not eat a lot of salt ever...but I sure feel it this am.....So.. today I will eat mostly eggs and salad and see if I can get things back to where they were......this is strange.. as I do not let up on my Low Carb way of eating..
