I can't believe it my scale said 191.4! Where did that come from I mean I've been following my Slim Fast plan well but I haven't really been exercising. I am so excited! I don't know whether it is a temporary loss or what but it's enough seeing it on the scale to motivate me to press on. My gosh I haven't been below 190 in 13 years it kinda gives me renewed strength that this is really going to happen that I do have it in me to finally lose this gut once and for all.

I've also had a perfect "me time" weekend my husband was out of town and I spent it reading magazines & watching Lifetime. I also got to spend some time with an old friend who lives several states away that I don't seen very often so I'm refreshed and ready to get and stay on track this week. I'm also off tomorrow and it's a holiday I usually don't have motivation to work out on my days off but I gonna do my best to muster the will to start back into my exercise regimen and maybe even take in a little extra walking tomorrow evening outside if it isn't' raining.

Today I did go over points majorly and cheated but I've been good the rest of the week pretty much so I really don't feel too bad now if the scale goes up tomorrow I might change my mind.
