No it’s not that I’ve lost 1.6kg in 4 days just expecting it to level out took me a week to get from 90kg to 89kg that’s where I am now

When I started this diet the chicken I was eating was in breadcrumbs eat them haven’t had chicken since but just started eating chicken breasts fresh so my protein has jumped from practically zero to 78g may have helped

It bumped my protein to 42 percent was very low don’t normally keep track but did google out of curiosity and now it’s pretty much saying my protein and carbs are at acceptable levels

I wasn’t suggesting you were being negative sweetheart. I just meant think positively and positive things happen.
Everything in moderation when it comes to food. I found that reducing my carb intake helped me lose weight but it doesn’t necessarily mean it works for everyone. I also eat more fat than protein according to FS but I think it’s healthy fat rather than saturated fat lol 😘

I was aiming to up my protein I calorie control and eat healthy I mainly eat set meals not really a cook while using up chicken and cod in breadcrumbs I ended up with loads of vegetables over so I purchased a load of chicken to use them up and noticed my protein sharply rise and carbs drop but the fat is nearly nonexistent

Hi Razor, I am exactly the same just eating all the convenience foods before I stock up on the healthy stuff, I am calorie counting, but always wondered what the macros side of things entails. I just wanted to ask are you still eating bread and potatoes or have you cut them right out as well? Thanks, and keep up all the hard work, Good luck 🍀

When I started I just had 1 meal per week which was roast potatoes and fish/chicken in breadcrumbs rest of the week were healthy meals just wanted to use food I used to eat without delaying my diet

To go on from madmazza、if you wake up in the morning and tell yourself that you had the best sleep even though it wasnt、you'll feel way more energized than if you put yourself down.
So mind over matter plus、 a half bladder is added weight、 need to go number two? Could be another lb in weight.
Don't give up and if your eating correctly、your body isn't a magical machine that somehow gains weight when you've treated it with care.
