What the heck!? i just dropped another 2 lbs. haha, i am pretty happy about this, that makes my total weight loss 14lbs in 8 days, averaging about 2 pounds a day! Man, I'm so close to meeting my 1st goal of being under 300 just 20 more lbs to go. I'm still motivated, although i do get tempted by certain foods so I get creative and search the internet for brands that are low in calories and low in carbs. So if I wanted a cookie, I would search low cal low carb vegan cookie. i just made up a recipe for turkey burgers so i can enjoy the superbowl this sunday without feeling left out to enjoy eating food, each burger about 278 calories served with carrots and celery. Anyway, my family is supportive in eating turkey burgers this sunday so that's very cool. Now, the only thing I need to do is find a gym buddy. 🤔 Anyway, I need to snack on something then head out to the gym, guys, wish me luck and motivation!
