Another one bites the dust! looks like it's only 14lbs for me to be under the big 300. It hasn't been easy but in the end it's well worth it, I've been tempted to fall back into old habits but I always tell myself " NO " if you give up now it will continue and you will have to start all thr way back from the beginning. So stay strong, guys! Everything will be alright.

I'm going to take a page from your book. That's the part where I've defeated myself in the past... Falling back into bad habits whenever I'm not getting the results I want. Good for you on staying on point.

Thanks for your support! I truly need it. It's not easy struggling with an eating disorder but we got this!
