Well some excellent news today. I'm no longer classed as obese, as I'm now in the overweight category, plus I've hit the 100 kg mark (220lb). In fact I'm a little lighter than that, but reading the scales exactly is far too difficult for my yoks.
Went to the gym bright 'n' early via my cycle & had yet another fantastic cardio workout. The down side is folk with over inflated egos who hang out at the gym just to hog the machines, constantly gossip, brag about stuff etc.
