Haven't been here for a while had a rocky holiday and Jan-Feb, but back on track and even lost a bit. I did learn that I'm in this for the long haul and happy that at least I'm going down, if very slowly.

98,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 38,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 30,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
