Oh wow floks this is really paying off... I am down another 4 pounds in 2 weeks ..I have cut back a whole lot on sweetners in coffee and tea and my diet drinks.. moving more.. and it works is all I can say.. I have reached my first goal and have decided to set a new one.. I will try for...10 more.. Have a great day ..and may the scales be kind to all of us...Sheila in GA
