Whoa!! I have to admit that I've been feeling depressed since I haven't shed these last few pounds and even went up from 304 to 309 at one point. It's been emotionally difficult for me not to be under the 300 mark by now but right after the gym today I decided to come home and weigh myself and to my shock I am at my lowest weight yet!!! 303 😃😎 4 more pounds and I'll be below the big 300 but not stopping there, I am to go all the way down until i hit my next goal and then hit the one after that and so on. Tomorrow is going to be a busy day for me since I have Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practice and a dentist appointment after that but I'm hoping to wake up early enough to get a small workout in. Anyway, thanks a lot guys, i couldn't have lost the weight without yall.
