You can do it :o)! You're on the right track by journaling again and pumpin' in the water! The water makes a HUGE difference in my dieting (or life-style change as we like to call it haha!) I bet now you're body will respond to the journaling and water drinking with a loss for next week! You'll see...YOU CAN DO IT HON!!! Smiles!
