Well, I am back off vacation and only a 2 pound gain. I must say I am pleased. I ate whatever, whenever, while I was gone. I thought I would pack on at least 10 pounds. Now I have to get myself back in the game. I would like to eventually set my new goal at 155-160. But I must first see if I can get with the program.
