Well here we go again. I'm a sweet alcoholic. I love anything sweet and use it as a crutch when I have problems. Otherwise I eat pretty healthy. Could eat salad at every meal. Have to give up the sugar. My headaches would go away and I would have so much energy. My favorite breakfast is homemade protein shakes made of light cranberry juice, protein powder, chia seed, strawberries, cucumber and spinach. Yum Yum! Going to start by having shakes for breakfast and lunch and then salad with some protein for supper for two weeks until I quit the sugar craving. Have a family reunion in July have to drop 30 lbs.

Do what is good for YOU. Sugar is poison!! You can see that as soon as you are away from it. I am a sugarholic as well. I am diabetic. Can't do both. I am living Keto since January and am on 1/4 of the insulin I was taking before. Can't beat that! I will live without sugar or I will die with it, so I had to make a choice. Let us know how it goes.
