Well, it's not as horrible as I thought it was going to be. I have been trying to eat more reasonably again for the past 5 or 6 days. After my mini-binge, I really expected to have gained at least 5 or 6 pounds. It's only 9/10 of a pound. I can live with that. Back in the saddle and recording my stuff will keep me motivated. I'm cooking some fish for breakfast even as I write this.
