we traveled to stay with relatives over the holiday weekend and it appears that falling off my diet caused me to gain weight in a short amount of time. I don't recommend eating as much as I did for lunch. I simply wanted something light in my stomach and apparantly my bloodsugar dropped low afterwards because I was hungry and shaky. I'm ready for a nap now.
