Diario de lugojean, 07 jul. 08

I don't know what the heck is going on. I have not veered from my diet that much. I had 2 pieces of cake this weekend and that has made me gain 2 lbs plus?! I don't get it. I've been exercising and everything else I've been eating is pretty good. Could my TOM be the cause of this? I'm very annoyed but I'm not going to let this keep me down, I'm not going to quit now.
My belly feels smaller, actually I just measured my waist to confirm and it is still at 32.5 inches. I just don't get it. I guess the extra weight could be muscle.

Could be muscle, could definitely be TOM, many people get great gains during TOM. Could maybe be water retention, are you drinking enough?? Don't panic, just makes the pounds go up!
