Thank you very much guys for the motivation, encouragement, comments and I really appreciate it. Today I lost 21 pounds but still 50 pounds way to go...huhuhu (sweat sweat sweat). Im 260 pounds before down to 239 pounds today but still on the process. Thanks again guys and have a nice day. :)
