Up a bit more today – but nothing to worry about. Had brunch out with friends yesterday and played a game called ‘Cards Against Humanity.’ Took it easy in the afternoon and went to the gym in the evening with my Wife. Not much of a workout – just 20 minutes of interval training on the treadmill – but better than sitting on the couch.
