Alright guys, let's get serious. I'll be the first to admit that my weight gain was my own doing and no one forced me to live an unhealthy lifestyle so no matter your circumstances, you HAVE to take control of your own life, I lacked the self discipline and motivation for myself to make that change in my life, unfortunately it took a life changing event to help mold my way of thinking. THERE WILL BE BUMPS down the long road, THERE WILL BE SETBACKS, THERE WILL BE RESISTANCE, THERE WILL BE NEGATIVITY, and there may even BE TOXIC PEOPLE that will want to stop you but its time to shed all of that physical and emotional weight that is holding you back. It amazes me that ive only lost around 45lbs and my entire mood, mindset and my overall quality of health has changed DRAMATICALLY, I've become addicted to my own progress and it feels F****n great. Guys, you WILL struggle but you can find strength deep down, you can have help from anyone but your life journey is your responsibility so take charge and BE PROUD of your accomplishments even if its 10 or 100lbs. Guys, I believe in you just like how I believe in myself now, everyone here on Fatsecret has your back.
