Willpower slipping a bit this week.
Because Phisio said I am gaining muscle faster now my body is conditioned. Plus now have weights at home.
I will gain weight. He pinch tested and said very little fat around body. Except waist which is still shrinking.
The cravings are be because I run out of reserves early and burn muscle mass.
He also said I need to go against a lifetime of habit and eat a bigger breakfast and lunch with smaller dinner.
Only started eating breakfasts last year as they tend to make me sick if I eat as soon as I get up.co
Same with lunch used to miss more than eat as usually to busy.
On the plus side am now start to as defined pecks instead of moobs.
67,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 16,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 0,1 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
