Yes! another pound out, got 6 more to go and I'm absolutely killing it. I can't remember what I ate 2 days ago but I had gained 2lbs but now lost 3lbs, I know it must have had a lot of carbohydrates since I've noticed that I tend to gain weight rather quickly by eating carbs. Does anyone else experience this? Anyway, dont give up, everyone, everytime you take a step back, take two steps forward. 😎
