Diario de rebornfatty, 19 jun. 19

Back up 1lb. Yesterday was the first day since I’ve started that I’ve gone (barely) over my 100% RDI. Wasn’t taking enough care to compensate the rest of the day for my large Chic Fil A lunch. History shows me though if I keep doing what I’ve been doing, my weight will be down when I check in two days from now. I think fluctuations are to be expected and are sometimes even helpful in keeping me steadfast about my diet.
74,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 5,0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
