Ugh... I was sooo bad yesterday! I couldn't keep from snacking on things that I KNEW were bad (helloooo peanut butter and chocolate...). I didn't have time for a workout because my swim was rained out (I couldn't go for a run either because it was storming). I ate 3/4 of a personal pizza when I went out with my friends, and was happy that I didn't finish it. However, we ate at 9:00ish, and when I went to bed around midnight, my stomach was not happy with me. Alas, this morning my weight is up a bit. Hopefully it's just food weight, though.
I'm working a bit this morning, then hopefully swimming before I go sailing with my aunt. We're going out to dinner tonight, so I'm really going to try to practice some self-restraint!
