I thought the challenge started tomorrow, aug. 4th, monday so that is what i am doing. I feel so fragile and scared to try again to do a diet 100%. I wonder why I am so afraid to succeed and do it 100%. I do want to lose another 10 lbs. I even made some lists from a Curves diet book: List 8 of your goals: 1)lose 10 lbs. 2) dancercise 3 times a week 3) 64 oz. of water daily 4)vits and glucosamine and 81 aspirin daily 5) no alcohol 6) no white flour 7) no sugar 8) no fat List 5 reasons to lose weight: 1) look younger 2) lower cholesterol 3) reduce constipation with fiber one, veggies & h20 4) less weight on the knees that hurt 5) more energy & lighter to feel like exercising. List 2 things that will be great about doing this challenge 1) Proud of myself to do what I want 2) Happy to feel healthier & free of bad toxic foods like ice cream, candy & cookies. List fears you have: 1)fear of failure 2) fear of giving up too early & acting like I don't care 3) fear of success 4) fear of allowing people to hurt my feelings & then feel like eating badly.

Sounds like you are prepared and ready for action! It's great that you are addressing your fears - that way you can plan in advance how to manage them if they pop up. Good luck with your challenge! You can do it!
