this morning when i went to do my walk, i was listening to one of the 40 min hi intensity workout mp3s i listen to..and i decided to try an jog...for me being 289 and still heavy, joggin is between the upper part joggin an the lower part tryin to catch up...and i had ankle weight on today...so was like walkin thru mud fast as you could without sinkin in any more then you had to...but was a great workout...il kno how good as i get relaxed ...lol
