Finally! I'm seeing Progress. I have totally changed my eating habit. I'm following a book I got for 2.99 and I'll be Damned! it's working! Now if I incorporate more exercise I believe I will get under the 90s within a few days. now my concern is to continue on the right path since my daughter will be in town for a week. Seeing the Drop has Really Motivated me to Continue on even harder. I may actually Reach my goal this year. yeah!!!!!!!!!I also appreciate the Support from inside this box called FS.so many great people with inspiring posts. I am Thrilled! best I have done on this Journey so far. Thank you. I hope to come back Sunday with a better and bigger loss. "pats myself on the back"
