Well. . .yesterday I still felt some anxiety, not as bad as the day before. Not through out the evening but only at certain points. I once again just bit my finger and looked for something to keep me busy. So I had dinner and watched a Keeping up with the Kardashians marathon. I figured if I can't eat something might as well use the Kardashian girls as inspiration, LOL!!! I did feel hungry twice yesterday and feel hungry right now. I weighed in this morning and was 2oz short from 1 pound loss. I didn't like that, I wanted to see 240's but I did realize that I started at 261.8 and today I'm 251.2 so I've lost 10 lbs in 3 days. . .not bad I guess. Today is day 4, hope I make it through the day.
