Don't be discouraged, you can do this. A small increase can be reversed, just don't let it get sway on you. I have been away on a conference for a week. Back to the scales on Wednesday, you may hear some crying from me too! 

Ahhh, thank you so much! I was away for 6 weeks, making sandwiches, eating chips and ice cream on the road. Just had canned ravioli, toast, a big cookie and some ice cream. Youre right, I can do this..starting tomorrow. You too! . 😜 

Probably just water...it will whoosh!
