Diario de afernow, 21 sep. 08

Well, didn't lose, but a slight gain. I am not too upset about it. This weight is not coming off as easy as it did at first. I have been drinking tons tons of water. My down fall is the evening snacking. I need to make a plan for a snack and eat in moderation. Because I exercise all week, drink my water, eliminated soda pop, my meals have been mostly healthy and a small serving. Well, today is a new day. I succeded the water challenge. This week challenge is to brush my teeth after dinner and see if that help and eat five baby carrots before evening snack. We will see how I do at the end of the week.
