Diario de mcarthey, 07 mar. 13

February was a tough month for me since we were gone a lot and I had lost my motivation for sticking strictly to the diet. I also started a new exercise routine which had me eating more. I'm happy to see I still lost weight, or at least didn't gain, but March will be a better month for the diet so I hope to see better results.
102,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 9,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 13,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
