Diario de Ingria, 10 mar. 13

Did not really overeat during the week, but did nothing to justify a 3 lb drop either. Must be water. Hate it, same pounds up and down with no progress bellow 170 lb. Cannot call it a plateu because I do not really try hard, but this is exactly what happens most of the time. Weight loss stalls because something in my life prevents me from making an effort. For the last few months it is flu, stress at work and classes i am taking that add to the feeling of having too much going on in my life. Logging becomes just too much, an when i do not log I usually overeat even if it is by 50 calories a meal and do not lose any weight as a result. Mindless portion control does not work for me.
78,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 11,8 kg.    Aún para ir: 8,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
