Not as much change as last week, but it's my lowest weigh-in so far this year, so I'm still happy. Every little bit helps!
79,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 18,9 kg.    Aún para ir: 20,0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Way to go. I am still trying to lose. I think I am down about 2 lbs , but it has taken so long that it is depressing and makes you want to fall back into old habit. Oh well, going for a walk soon, perhaps that will help!

I agree every little bit does count. You are doing great staying on track. Sucks the same rule applies for what is going in too though! lol

Thanks! I need to update my pic again, but haven't had time. I'm not much smaller weight wise since then, but I think my waist is smaller. Getting an hourglass shape and loving it! :)
