I been doing low impact cardio for 30 minutes a day after breakfast and 15 minutes of strength training after lunch 6 days a week.i was wearing a size 20 in pants and my Ac1 was 6.8 in october.well I went back to my doctor in January my Ac1 drop to 6.0 and I am now into a size 12 in women, my weight went down to 223.0.In October I weigh in at 230.8 lbs.I started drinking Almased and eating clean.before meal I drink a hot cup of low sodium vegetable broth soup.i feel better too.lets all keep each other in prayer fighting for a life change to be healthy.
101,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 15,0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
