Lots of water weight gain. Plus eating everything in site becasue of some depression and other women things. Really have got to get on the ball. Need to get my but up and walking but it is so hard when I am tired. Will try to do better next week.

uh oh, come on....don't let it snowball like that. Try eating a healthy snack that will give you energy and make you feel even better! Almonds, celery & light laughing cow cheese? I love those and then I feel so energized and proud that I snacked healthy! You can do this come on!

You can do it! Don't let it get you down. Remember, whatever is going on is temporary and eating won't make you feel better. Get out there and do something fun for yourself! Keep your chin up!

Alright.... DUST off, get UP, CHIN UP HIGH, NOOOO looking back and get back to it! This is a ONE bite at a time deal. If we mess up, you go drink some water and look at your next snack/meal and plan it out. The key to this is PLANNING ahead. You have to know what it is that you have that is good to eat and plan to eat it. Doing this takes the stress off of thinking about what you will eat. :) I also recommend about a 100 calorie snack about 3 hours after breakfast and lunch and possibly dinner. Keeping your metabolism running and having to burn more often, but less calories, will help keep it going at a good pace! :) I'm happy to have ya on my Yellow Team with the Cruise!! Lets ROCK IT!! =D
