I could use some helpful advice/ suggestions. I have had a crazy week with my manager out and multiple callouts per day. Because of all the craziness my calories have been affected, and I only averaged 993 this last week (goal is 1200). Yesterday, I was beyond stressed and had to work a double and only got in 683 calories.. should I increase my calories today to make up for it? I don't want my body to think I'm starving. I just wasn't hungry due to all the stess😔
