Hi was away, like you made promise to mysel no weight gain, but just didnt happen, but we wil do it, I also think what you said bout exercising while watching shows, well in Nov I hope do same, going hire a exercise machine. plonk it in front of tv, and off I go, & YOU will be my inspiration as I do it.
